About Tunivo

Tunivo is an early-stage AI assistant being built for small businesses in Tunisia. Our focus is practical: answering repeated customer questions, collecting order details and helping owners spend less time managing messages.

We’re designing for the way local businesses communicate—in Tunisian Arabic, French and Arabic—with WhatsApp and Instagram workflows in mind. We plan to start with one channel and learn from real business owners before expanding.

Our approach is to use official messaging integrations, make room for human decisions and validate both the product and its pricing with pilot businesses. No inflated promises: useful tools, built step by step.
